OEI! Chest pain... that's often a bit of a scare! However, this does not necessarily mean that something serious is going on. Often, the pain that occurs in your chest has a harmless cause. Are you experiencing complaints in your chest? Then feel free to contact FriskFysio Amstelveen.
What is chest pain?
Pain in or on the chest often occurs in the rib cage, at the bottom of the sternum, behind the sternum or between the ribs. The pain can occur on one side, both sides or in the middle of the chest. This pain can also radiate to the neck, jaw, shoulders or back. In most cases, chest pain may not necessarily indicate heart disease, but it is still always wise to contact us or your GP in case of these symptoms.
