During the first appointment, you will meet with one of our physiotherapists and your fitness and physical capabilities & impossibilities will be assessed. Based on the results, we will put together a personal exercise programme for you to work on. You will be given a guided tour and explanation of all the equipment.
Physio Fitness is particularly suitable for people who want to stay or become active and fit under the expert guidance of a physiotherapist after a course of treatment or rehabilitation, but anyone can of course come and exercise with us. The unique aspect of Physio Fitness at FRISKFYSIO is that you train responsibly via a personally tailored training programme and that professional supervision is always present at all times of the day.
