This training is a course of 5 lessons where you will work on your fitness combined with strength training in a responsible way every week. Besides training in practice, you will also be given a personal schedule to train independently once or twice a week.
At the start of the course, we will first take a thorough look at your running pattern through a gait analysis. Based on this analysis, your accompanying physiotherapist will give you tips & tricks that will improve your running technique in no time!
