Neck pain is, after lower back and shoulder pain, the most common musculoskeletal complaint. The pain may be localised from the back of the head to between the shoulder blades and may radiate to the shoulder(s) or arm(s). Are you experiencing neck pain? Then read on.
How does it feel?
A stiff feeling in your neck, sudden twinges of pain, neck pain combined with headaches or not being able to move your neck at all... This probably sounds familiar. Do these symptoms recur regularly or do your symptoms completely limit you in carrying out your daily activities? Then make an appointment.
The important thing with neck pain is not to walk around with it for too long. If you do, your symptoms may become chronic and you will be further from home.
