Inline skating is a low-impact workout, strengthening your muscles and improving your fitness. Ice, ice baby! Take an ice bath
Maybe not a sport, but it feels like an extreme challenge. After an intense workout, an ice bath or cold shower is the way to repair your muscles and prevent injury. It helps reduce inflammation and allow your body to recover faster. Do you dare? Don't forget to do breathing exercises beforehand and also pay attention to your breathing during the ice bath or cold shower.
